ALL-STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Purpose-built for case cart applications in sterile processing and surgical environments, this cart is designed to support the full perioperative workflow, from instrument assembly in SPD through transport, staging, and return from the O.R. Case carts play a critical role in maintaining instrument organization, protecting sterile integrity, and enabling efficient case turnover. This model ensures safe, sanitary transport while meeting the durability demands of repeated cart washer cycles. All non-stainless components are rigorously tested to withstand sustained exposure to high heat, elevated humidity, and the aggressive detergents and disinfectants commonly used in automated washers and operating room protocols.

INTEGRATED HANDLE
The handle is fully integrated within the cart’s footprint, reducing overall dimensions and improving ergonomics. This approach also eliminates external protrusions and hard-to-clean crevices without compromising usability.

INTERIOR SHELVING
Standard configurations include solid stainless steel shelves that are easy to clean and dry after washing. Shelves adjust in 3″ increments to accommodate varying load requirements. Optional rollout shelving is also available.

CART WASH CASTERS
Designed for demanding, high-frequency use, the cart features 6″ high-temperature casters built specifically for case cart applications. Each unit includes one directional-lock caster and one total-lock caster (brake and swivel). Their placement ensures intuitive control for both steering and braking.

HOLD-OPEN DOOR CATCH
A durable stainless steel catch secures the door in the open position during wash cycles, improving cleaning access and overall efficiency.
