To attach the armboard, lift the lower locking lever, slide it over the table side rail, and release the lock. Use the trigger at the outer end to adjust the armboard position. Simply squeeze the trigger, rotate the armboard to the desired position, and release the trigger to lock it securely. This design provides virtually unlimited positioning options for a variety of procedures.
The armboard features durable 3/8-inch thick phenolic construction, similar to operating room table surfaces. This rigid material provides excellent strength without requiring additional support. Additionally, the versatile design allows staff to position the armboard exactly where it is needed.
Every armboard requires a compatible pad for proper use. Purchasing this armboard with the included pad eliminates guesswork and ensures a proper fit. The armboard mounts to the table side rail, so the pad thickness should match the operating table pad. For example, use a 2-inch armboard pad with a 2-inch table pad. Also, consider any X-ray tops when selecting the correct pad thickness. This armboard includes a standard 2-inch thick pad.
