AcralMed IV poles are designed to make it easier for the nurse to care for patients. This is how we approach the design of the wheels, base style, pole, adjustment location and the bag holder options.
We start with wheels that roll freely for navigating cords and floor transitions. The larger the wheel, and better the bearing the easier it is for patients and nurses to ambulate.
We get that there are different needs across the healthcare spectrum. From standalone clinics to ICU the needs are very different. Sometimes it is space constrains, load ratings, capacity, ease of cleaning and many others. AcralMed has an option for every need.
The stainless steel pole is compatible with most pumps and accessories. We located the knob adjustment so it is at the right height for you to reach, yet maximizes room for attaching the needed devices where they are easy to see and adjust.
With 4 different hook types, we ensure that you have just the top that you need for your application. 2- hooks are available for long term care and clinical where the load is less, 4-hook is our standard, up to 6-hook for those more in depth cases. The 8 hook Rake top, makes the bags easier to see at a glance and keep organized. From there on we have multi-poles with up to 20 tops for those big ICU cases.
