Looking to add new life to your old patient transfer rollers? This is the answer! The frame of a patient transfer roller board is extremely durable and will last for many years, however, the covers can get worn, cracked and cut over many years of use.
That is why we offer Replacement Cover for Roller Boards. Simply measure the length of your current rollers and order the appropriate size. There are 3 simple steps to quickly upgrading your rollers:
- Identify your current roller, these covers are guaranteed to fit any Mid Central Medical Patient Roller. Our rollers are easy to identify by the green or red end frames. Ensure that the frame of your roller board is still in good shape and not showing any signs of wear. Measure the board to identify the size of cover you need. Order the cover!
- Remove the old cover and thoroughly inspect the rollers and frames for damage. Clean all parts thoroughly with a cleaner approved for disinfecting by your facility.
- Ensure the cover fits. Before fitting your replacement cover for roller boards, lay it on top to ensure it is the right length. Start by carefully fitting the end of the cover over the end of the board. This is easiest if the board is vertical on a smooth sturdy surface such as a table top and you fit the cover over the top of the board. Slowly roll the cover back and forth while applying downward force until the cover is back in the correct position. The cover should be quite snug but not ripping. Your roller is like new! Enjoy!
