AcralMed Single Bowl Solution Stand
Solution stands, also known as ring stands, are a common piece of medical equipment consisting of a stainless steel basin in a mobile carrier. Healthcare staff typically fill these stands with saline or another disinfecting solution and use them to hold soiled surgical instruments. Staff can easily transport and reposition these stands during surgical procedures.
Types of Solution/Ring Stands
There are a few different styles:
- Bowl Quantity: They are available in single bowl or double bowl versions. The single bowl solution stand is great for shorter procedures, or multiple can be used in multiple areas in a large surgical procedure. Double Bowl Solution Stands are great for situations where multiple bowls are needed or if different cleaning or disinfecting solutions are used.
- With or Without Shelf: Solution stands are available with a lower shelf or h-brace. The lower shelf adds more storage and areas to put access supplies. The h-brace or stands without shelves are great for straddling other pieces of equipment or machines in a crowded surgical suite.

Each single bowl solution stand includes a stainless steel 7-quart basin, and we offer replacement basins separately.
Basins set in easily, and the rubber bump stops ensure a snug fit, so the bowls do not rattle during transport.
