Description

AcralMed Gowning Benches

Gowning benches are a valuable addition to any locker room or clean room. They provide a convenient place to store and put on masks, hats, shoe covers, gowns, and scrubs. As PPE requirements have expanded since the pandemic, many facilities need additional storage and organization. This gowning bench keeps essential protective equipment in one convenient, easy-to-access location.

This fully stainless steel bench requires no floor or wall mounting, making installation quick and flexible. Additionally, the stainless steel construction allows fast, thorough cleaning and disinfection. Surgical-grade stainless steel withstands frequent exposure to cleaning agents without rusting or corroding. There is little value in storing PPE on a bench that could harbor harmful bacteria. Contaminated surfaces can compromise protective equipment and potentially expose staff to unnecessary risks. Therefore, stainless steel provides the best choice for maintaining a cleaner environment.

Choose a model with a lower brace if you need to accommodate pipes or other floor obstructions. Alternatively, select a model with a lower shelf to gain additional storage space. The lower brace allows the bench to fit around obstacles without sacrificing stability. Meanwhile, the lower shelf provides extra room for shoe covers, scrubs, and other frequently used supplies. Both options help maximize available space while improving organization.

Finally, this gowning bench helps protect staff while creating a cleaner, more efficient department. Choose from lengths ranging from 24 to 72 inches to fit your available space. Each bench supports up to 450 pounds for dependable daily performance. Additionally, every 72-inch bench features six legs instead of four for increased strength and stability. With multiple sizes and configurations available, you can easily find the right gowning bench for your facility.
