Attaching the radiolucent armboard is simple. Slide the clamp lip over the operating room table side rail. Lower the armboard into position. Tighten the knob beneath the clamp to create a secure, stable attachment. Adjust the rotation and height by loosening the long handle clamp on the main armboard. Tighten the handle securely after positioning.
The armboard features durable 3/8-inch thick phenolic construction, similar to operating room table surfaces. This material provides exceptional durability and rigidity without additional support. The armboard remains fully radiolucent from the clamp to the outer end. Nurses can easily position the armboard to meet each procedure’s requirements.
Every armboard requires a compatible pad, which is sold separately. Pad thickness is not critical because the armboard adjusts to match your operating room table pad height. We recommend a standard 2-inch armboard pad for this product.
